Linda Borghi

Linda Borghi is the oldest of eight in a family of famous fine art dealers, yet Linda decided that farming was her chosen form of Art. Yes, you heard that right, farming. From a very young age Linda was fascinated by the life inside those tiny seeds and how her passion for farming could help to grow healthy people!
Throughout Linda’s life she’s wore many hats:

  • Comptroller of Rhode Island’s Block Island Power
  • Manager for 56 locations in 6 different states for Costco’s fresh cut flower business
  • Independent Hudson Valley Farmer and consultant specializing in biodiversity

But along the way Linda realized that her life’s mission of growing healthy people meant more than just growing and selling them food without poison. She felt compelled to take the stage and share all the information she had gathered throughout her lifetime to help the greatest number of people.

Starting in 2000, that’s exactly what Linda did, with speaking engagements covering the entire East Coast. She also addressed the National Institute of Health and the United Nations.
In 2022 Linda moved to northern New Jersey where she grows microgreens (“Microgreens, the fast track to macro-health!”) for her local community, while continuing her speaking engagements. And now Linda is happy to accept the invitation and join forces with Global Garden, enhancing their compatible missions; growing heathy people for a healthy planet while preserving and celebrating our diversity; environmental, cultural and arts, especially the art of kindness!
