In celebration of Earth Day, Global Garden introduces you to Linda Borghi another special friend who will show you how to grow your own food in the City and Country.
“I am passion filled woman on a mission to grow healthy people. I have been calling from the mountain tops and perhaps now I can teach others how to grow food and how to grow food and earn money.”
Whether you live in a small studio apartment or a suburban home with a yard, Linda Borghi can teach you how to grow your own food and help us all make a greener, healthier more sustainable planet.
“There’s 40 1/2 million acres of lawn in the United States, and kids are going hungry. 40 1/2 million acres, and they say we’re having a food production problem. We use 40% of our potable water on the East Coast just to water lawns! Grass is the largest cultivated crop in the country…taking up more acreage than corn or soy! And last I checked, humans can’t eat grass.”
